This is mainly for HDCs that struggle with ML CPU load, so that HDC users can drive uninterrupted, then ML overnight

@punov is 'Real-time ML Processing' appropriate? i know 'real-time' has some meaning in computing.

· ON is default · when turned OFF, dot turns red and still pulses (dot colors at top of screen) · will still work on describing, maybe add an info button
