[ ] Make an all random selection benchmark to show our method is actually doing something i.e. create a mga type class that doesn't shuffle agents, but instead it randomly generates new ones, i.e. random search
[ ] Finish debugging the code, i.e. fix the wrong ranges in the current code
[ ] Do better tournament selection, i.e. try making the tournaments smaller each iteration so you dont increase the population
