1.4.1 Crash/Force Close on startup on HTC Eris #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GeoBeagle 1.4.1
2. Attempt to open the application by clicking on GeoBeagle icon in 
application list. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that the app will start as it did in previous versions.  What I 
see instead is "Sorry! The application Geobeagle (process 
com.google.code.geobeagle) has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Geobeagle version 1.4.1 on Android OS 1.5.

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to occur when uninstalling 1.0.1 first before installing 1.4.1, 
as well as when simply replacing 1.0.1 with 1.4.1 without first installing 
1.0.1.  Whew.

... confirmed on HTC Magic running on Android 1.6

Same problem today after Vodafone phone replacement when installing GB 1.4.1 on 
the new phone 
without installing 1.0.1 first.

Please generate a crash log (using Log Collector) and email it to us or attach 
it to this bug report.
