needs to be forced closed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open geobeagle from link on Droid desktop
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Do not see opening page or compass. Instead a blank black 
screen then error message to force close because of an error or 
interruption

What version of the product are you using? On what operating 
system?
Using free version from Marketplace with current updates as of 
April's 1, 2010. Using new Motorola Droid 

Please provide any additional information below.
Does not occur every time I try to open app

Please install Log Collector and email (or attach to this bug) the log file 
when it crashes.
