SD card error on Droid X #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click menu, click sync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would guess a successful sync

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V162, on droid x

Please provide any additional information below.
Error says "make sure Sd card is readable."  After uninstalling and installing 
4 times it finally worked and created the directories.
