Location isn't saved when using a comma in stead of decimal point #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a new waypoint
2. Change the location example 52 1,990894
3. Save changes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The location is not changed. If you use a decimal point the location gets saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 1.1.32

Please provide any additional information below.
If you change al the data nothing is saved. I tried to save the waypoint 5 
times before i discovered my error. Please handle the error or give feedback to 
the user what wrong. Thanx
