Log date and user "null" for opencaching GPX #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import any current opencaching GPX file
2. Open cache details, scroll down to the Logs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Date and name of the logger should be there, are "null" instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GB 1.1.36 on Dream/FroYo

Please provide any additional information below.
The GPX parser is using the wrong tags for opencaching files, a patch to 
replace the old (deprecated?) tags is attached. It might be useful to keep both 
the old and new ones for backward compatibility...

Fixed in the next version.  The opencaching file I had on my machine used the 
other tags; I didn't realize they had changed the format.  I'll keep support 
for both tags around. Thanks for the patch!
