That shouldn't be very hard.

Example:
Cache page: http://www.geocaching.su/?pn=101&cid=5220
All important information is on the left side. Link "ЭКСПОРТ ТОЧКИ" 
means "export point".

Can you export to gpx and then import the gpx file into GeoBeagle?

Better yet, get geocaching.su to support this api:
