cache list should show feet if < .1 miles #193

When I'm placing a new cache, sometimes I'm pretty close to the .1
mile minimum separation guideline.  What might be helpful in that case
is if the cache list showed small distances (under .1 miles) in feet,
not miles.  Not a big deal, but it would be handy!
