disable gps during bcaching.com sync #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Setup sync with bcaching.com
2.  Start sync (I have about 2000 updated caches per day)
3.  Notice that gps is still enabled and 'draining' the battery

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
gps should be disabled during sync

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.1.15 on Android froyo

Please provide any additional information below.

Ooops, should be Enhancement instead of Defect.
