unable to cancel sync #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start sync.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some function to cancel the sync.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The back button does nothing. The home button brings,me back to the home screen 
but doesn't cancel the sync. The only way to cancel the sync seems to be a 
reboot or killing with a task manager?
