Regarding the last TODO item: When Mirkwood goes down their Spider tree, they go all spidery. It think its more prudent to do the following: Keep Mirkwood as is but only in Thranduils halls
Give the rest to the SPI tag, inherit tech etc. then have the player tag-switch to SPI. This way we can be sure that SPI = Spiders and MIR = Elves with no weirdness in advisors etc.
random idea: An advisor available to several countries that costs 300pp, but can only be hired if he's hired by no other country.
