This will take of a bit of load of the GPU and CPU

I implemented a half solution which is to use the -noconsole argument when starting servers. This hides the windows, reduces rendering cost, and makes for a cleaner desktop experience.

However it's not windows services, and I still plan to implement that for HoNfigurator in general, so I won't yet close the issue
