add Space baking as closed brep #51

Allow baking Spaces as closed Brep

it is now implemented as follow:

  1. AdjacencyCluster - whole model cluster for entire model
  2. SAMAnalytical.Geometry - transform to Spaces, Cells as individual closed breps
