`cazomevolve` ('cazome-evolve') investigates the evolution of CAZomes, and identifies CAZy families that co-occur within the genomes of candidate species, more frequently than would be expected by lineage.
When using dbCAN versions 3 and 4, the columns screened in the overview.txt file are different to those in dbCAN 2.
Previously the code was ignoring the third tool if parsing output from dbCAN v3 or v4. This is now patched and all three tools will be considered regardless of the version of dbCAN used.
