Give User Feedback If Formatversion and Prüfidentifkator Are Not Found #251

There are combinations of Formatversions and Prüfidentifikatoren which are not available, e.g. https://ahb-tabellen.stage.hochfrequenz.de/ahb/FV2304/55002

At the moment the frontend gets a 500 response. I would expect a 404 - Not Found.

This information should than also be visible to the user.

The text should be:

Für den Prüfidentifikator '{prüfi}' in der Formatversion '{format_version}' konnten keine Daten gefunden werden.
