In the docx file MSCONSAHB-informatorischeLesefassung3.1aKonsolidierteLesefassungmitFehlerkorrekturenStand27.09.2022_20230331_20221001.docx on page 51 we have the following situation:

So the FlatAHB instance can not get created.

Fixed in #223
