OpenX Documentation inconsistencies #112

A beta tester pointed out the following documentation inconsistencies... can we 
fix:

1. On the OpenX doc 
(https://developer.openx.org/wiki/display/DOCS/OpenX+Video+Plugin+Beta+--
+Documentation) it links to the old player plugin site 
(http://code.google.com/p/openx-iab-
vast/)

Can we change that to www.openvideoads.org

2. Is it 2.8.2 or 2.8.3

This page refers to the minimum version for Video Ads as 2.8.3

But this page says 2.8.2

3. If it is 2.8.3 - make sure version is changed on Flowplayer pages
