Pause broken on FP playlists - see example43 #113

When pausing the mainline stream, you can't resume!

For some strange reason the state of the control bar seems to be lost on the 
copied playlist clips. For instance, 
when you pause the show first time, pause is generated but the player doesn't 
pause. Next time you hit pause, 
pause is generated by the player doesn't pause.

Perhaps it's not a control bar issue but an issue with the player state?
