When we deploy multiple apps to a Sandbox, it would be nice that the release pipeline did not fail if one of the apps is unchanged (same version no.). I belive we had this before, but currently it breaks the release pipeline instead of just ignoring that the same app is already installed - and just skip. Below are some screenshots from one of our pipelines, just for additional visualization:
