In order to inject a model as an emission model; the contrast between star and planet must be computed. This requires knowledge of the stellar spectrum. The runfile needs a switch to "emission mode" (this can, I guess, be done with transit==False) and be directed to a stellar model (and perhaps separate wave file...)
