Hide the curved arrows Windows adds to shortcuts

Implemented option 'Show link overlay' default false

if anyone is interested, you can also remove the link overlays in windows (i wanted first to suggest this as workaround): https://www.majorgeeks.com/content/page/remove_shortcut_arrow_icon.html

but it doesn't need that as a workaround. New option 'Show link overlay' default false works very well
