I'll see about adding these. Our concern with adding "smarter" AA targets was that people could train them back to the main training area.
I think in our previous TNN map iterations, we had a zone that if they left it, we'd blow them up and reset them. I think the same method can be used here.
I see. It would definitely be appreciated if it was implemented, I know of several people in my group that don't get much CAP practice and aren't super keen on hopping onto GAW until they get a little better at a/a. Would be cool to have the map north of the mountain range set up for a/a with one or two blue airfields for rearming up there. Maybe a tanker as well so you could just hang out in a CAP lookin for targets. I know this is a big ask haha but just throwing out ideas for future implementations. Really appreciate what you guys do for the community, the TNN server is so incredibly helpful for getting new guys in and for providing a good place to get back into some modules that I don't play too much anymore.
The C-101s are great for learning how to find targets on radar and make long range kills, but when it comes to learning how to actually react in a fight, their circular tracks leave a little to be desired. A few air-to-air ranges up to the north, far from the ground targets would be nice, as this would separate the a/a a/g groups and hopefully reduce the risk of any blue on blue. Wouldn't completely eliminate it, but should help. A great example is the Online Aerobatics Germany Dynamic Warfare server. It has several different a/a ranges with varying difficulty.
