Interface limited appearence on small monitors #6

Currently, not all data fields, especially on SpellParameters form, are visible, due to hardcoded window/form sizes, on small monitors Possible solution reinvent and remake all complex forms, maybe in form of tabs

Fixed by rearranging forms, adding kind-of arrow breadcrumbs at the top of main view panel as well as adding scrolls along side whole window work in code from commit 100
