Players can't roll while running #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run
2. Press crouch.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The player should roll but the player now just crouches.  This feels weird 
because the basejka behavior is to roll.

Fixed by build revert.
