Add binding to update colorscheme for xmonad

Xmonad should read the .colorschemer file, update its internal states and then call statusbar.py to recreate the conky config.

Any way I can get it to read that file periodically?
Will conky update quickly enough when statusbar.py is called, or is it better to restart Xmonad?
