Consider adding ctrl+b back as an alternative tmux prefix #95

As I get used to using my palm to hold down the ctrl key, the letter 'b' is much easier to get to. Since tmux can have multiple prefixes...

No, don't do this. I use ctrl+b in vim too much for this to be a good binding.
