Create a design for the front end of the app.

Early discussions suggested that it might be a little like a directory or tree structure with links or cards.

Obviously this will heavily depend on how the back-end is organised and may evolve over time.

But as long as it's a single page app with a bunch of links/titles - we're good to go.
