Set up the main page of the app with flexboxes for where the cards will go and all headers etc in the right place in line with the figma design.

Can be placeholder elements until we plug in the backend.

Needs to be done in .ejs

n.b. this was a backup of Neptune's front-end commit/merge and had to be local merged and force pushed.
