Using the "switch" option with modifier buttons can have mismatch what is showing in GUI

When testing out the "switch" functionality of modifier buttons I lost the ability to turn the "switch" functionality off for one of my modifiers.

Only after deleting and re-adding the modifier did it fix.

The GUI shows it disabled but looking at DCS modifier menu shows it still enabled as switch
