GEANT 4 Output Parsing #1

After talking with Micah Folsom, the GEANT 4 output will look like waveforms on an event by event basis.

We need to do the following:

[ ] Compile all the events and attribute them to the correct detector.
[ ] Bin each energy deposition event given ADC bits
[ ] Attribute each .root file to an angle to the detector system

We may also need to attribute a distance to each of the detector systems, but I haven't thought that far yet.
