Find the best terms for separating things into API, Panel, Site, etc. and for separating them into the entire system, module-level, entity type level, etc. #219

We have these requirements:

  1. Separate some stuff for API, Panel, Site, TV, etc. (we currently call them scopes, but delivery channels might be better)
  2. Provide some data for the entire system, or for a category, or for a user, or for an entire blog module, etc. (we currently call it granularity, but maybe we should call it scopes)

The concept of module and entity type adds to this complexity. Especially because we decided to translate "Module" into "بخش" in Persian, which also overlaps with the concept of scope.
