Hello @Holliemin9090 @shakes76, I have seen the repo, and it's good to work I'm stuck at the conversion of the XML files to an image. I have seen the closed issues and the repos which convert the XML files into masks and nothing has worked, if you have a substitute or any other approach to convert the XML files to the raw_roi's, please suggest it to me.
