Fix moving language button #86

Description

The event display component has a language switching button which behaves not as planned. This should be fixed so that the button stayed at the toolbar position of the webpage.

Acceptance criteria

The button behaves as expected, and stays at the toolbar position of the webpage even when a user scrolls down.
