This change allows us to pull down and locally cache event information from the HER facebook page. There are a couple of modifications to the event table in the db to add information for facebook. Also, events can be marked as having no specific time (so we can still use events like the T-Shirt ad) and can also be marked as 'featured'. Events will be displayed on the front page in order of the date/time when they start.
