Some descriptions are not coming back facebook events

Not sure, but some events don't seem to display the even description data. Hmm....

I made some changes to the facebook event script which will hopefully solve this.

Need to update lib/tasks/update_facebook.rake as well

ok, updated the task. looks like it is working now.
