It would be cool if doing a job, a lot rewards you with some kind of customization, or maybe a tool that makes it a little faster. Like maybe, a whistle to attract certain animals for hunters, or like tool for construction that lets you pickup 2 wood walls instead of one. (Just a suggestion idk how realistic it is but idk Loving the server though ;D)
