Fake License & Fake Cash #81

Im writing this as of now finding that there seems to be no use for fake cash or the licneses. You cant edit the card by putting a name on it. The Gun Store doesnt go for the weapon license. The casg seems useless. I think its a really cool concept if we were able to edit the IDs and maybe use the cash for something.
