Docker cleanup #102

Cleans up the docker files a bit. Looks a little better but also should provide significant space reduction. Highlights are:

  1. switched objdump and vt to alpine
  2. switched ubuntu to debian
  3. removes legacy cache that isn't needed

Still need to move gogadget to alpine and look at optimizing ADD
