Switched all the service's URL endpoints to "/analyze/" as described in https://github.com/HolmesProcessing/Holmes-Totem/issues/125

Also removed Metadata from service-config files

I just noticed, many things appear to be changed. This is mainly because of GoSublime's auto-formatting... But as we discussed today, we wanted the services run through go fmt nevertheless, right?

yeah the go fmt changes are totally fine. I am glad you did that.
