After discussion with Chris, I made some changes to the the service:

Add max size for binaries, since for bigger sizes the service was lasting too long;
Error handling for unsupported formats;
Error handling for one open issue from angr library (https://github.com/angr/identifier/issues/1).

In all these cases, the service will still return a Json, but with only a string in it indicating that the CFG could not be generated.
