Multiple bugs, mostly visual, on NVIDIA #17

Your Issue: Multiple visual bugs

NV_DEV works quite well on NVIDIA 3060 Ti, but there are several visual bugs.

1. When playing on 1920x1080 resolution most games if not all have immense visual distortion. The game is visible, playable and responsive, but it has an overlay of multicolor pixels leaving traces behind. Severity depends on the game (Half-Life 2 native had severe, Half-Life 2 on Proton had slight, Crysis 3 and Untitled Goose Game had medium amount, Undertale had 0 for example). If a game is launched in some lower resolution, the visual bugs disappear. This only seems to happen in Game Mode.

2. When the game is installed, screen flickers for some reason. This happens when the button on the game page changes from "Installing..." to "Play".

3. Performance overlay sometimes covers the whole game. FPS counter is visible in the chosen corner, but the entire game turns black (seen this in Crysis 3).

4. The screen flickered intensely when setting up Steam in Game Mode right after install. This happened only when I initially installed and not in general GameMode UI.

Most games performance was good. Generally the UI is responsive and works well. The bug no. 1 is the most important, as it breaks the gameplay for most games, at least on my setup.

Also one note: There is a bug I experience on my setup with all Linux distributions, I suspect it's because of my Iiyama monitor, but when booting the PC, it often gets stuck on an "Asus" image and then slowly gets brighter for no reason. I have to switch my monitor off and turn it on again and it disappears. It doesn't reappear after that until the next boot. It happened with HoloISO, but also happens with Ubuntu, Fedora, etc. Seems specific to my setup.

After using the system for some time, the bug no. 1 (weird pixel artifacts) seem to have disappeared. I'm not sure why or how I got rid of them. Worth pointing out that the system still hangs and glitches whenever the game finishes installing.

For me I have just experienced no video but I do hear audio it's quite abnormal and I'm also using an Nvidia GPU
