Your Issue:

Not sure if necessary but I can confirm this:

CPU:
Mostly all CPUs work fine. But people report inoperable experience on 7xxx series. (Work for it is undergoing)

Install goes well. Blank screen on boot after install.

Your device's full specs

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x
GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro 1060 6gb

Installer used to install?

1.16, most recent release

OS version (/etc/holoiso-release):

@jpetersheim NVIDIA issue, dev_nv and general support is out of scope for now

No problem. I will reinstall the EOL version for now. Snapshot 20230823.1454 seems to work.
