Youtube live chat language doesn't follow language setting #766

Youtube embedded chat language seems location based - I live in Czech Republic and the embedded youtube chat UI is in Czech, even though I have language set to English in both Youtube and Holodex.

Please just change your browser language. I don't have control over this.
