changes made on commandline with vboxmanage get overwritten at boot via phpvirtualbox #670

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. VBoxManage setextradata 
2. cleared browser cache
3. launched VM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

At boot via phpvirtualbox the changes made from commandline are overwritten. 
Does the start vm button write the settings?

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?

latest 4.2.6 & phpvirtualbox latest via wget

Please provide any additional information below.

Machines launched at commandline don't show launched in webpanel.
Also the vm register function is probably not in use.

As an example: I imported a windows8 vm .ova file which did not start due to 
the activated 3D option. Tried to disable it on commandline several times, not 
worked.
