Nothing is seen after starting a VM, setting seems to be correct. A preview is displayed correctly. #683

If you have just updated phpVirtualBox, don't forget to clear your
browser's cache!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed phpvirtualbox in WAMP
2. start WAMP and VirtualBox Server
3. A VirtualBox control panel appears
4. Set up a XP iso and virtual hard disk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The preview is okay, but no console (I have installed extension pack)

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?
php - 5.3.13
Virtualbox - 4.2.10
phpVirtualbox - 4.2.4

Please provide any additional information below.

It will not pop-up a VM window like the VirtualBox program. phpVirtualBox runs 
headless VMs only.
