I want to use this to host a few vps with my dedicated server

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

i would like to host a few vps servers with this software but i was also 
wondering if you could help me set it up with boxbilling like with a api as i 
do not want to have to pay for software just yet untill i know it will be good 
or not as i will be providing operating systems with openssh so they have to 
ssh in and not vnc also please let me know what you think.
