Peops SPU2 has a somewhat random interrupt timing. Depending on the speed the
game
runs at you get different results.
Since this dma timing is the first thing that comes to mind with your bug
description
its not worth tracking it.

Yeah; not really interested in fixing up Peops, simply because it already has
been
fixed up and reworked. It's called ZeroSPU2. Take a close look and you'll see
quite a
lot of shared code (Though I removed some of it as duplicate code). Peops is
mainly
in there because occassionally the older, less accurate code sounds better.
That's one reason why I want to get SPU2-X up and running on Linux, though.
Then,
SPU2-X & ZeroSPU will be the main two choices, and while I'm not planning on
taking
Peops out, it will be basically the last thing to try before giving up...
I'm in no rush, though.
