Tooltips settings ignored #16

When Tooltips are set to no they are still displayed and upon restart are set back to yes.

This got broken in our move to QT4, thankfully someone left useful comments on how to fix it. I'm working on this one...

Fixed in r1864 in SVN, will be in beta3. Thanks for your bug report surfed!
