It works when an RPZ settings were changed.

issues:

DB cache is deleted before the zone update.

ioc2rpz_db:clean_DB(RPZ_D ++ RPZ_UPD), %TODO check
....
[ ets:update_element(cfg_table, [rpz,X#rpz.zone], [{3, X#rpz{status=notready}}]) || X <- RPZ_UPD ],
.....
update_all_zones(false),

Zones are marked "notready" but update_all_zones(false) doesn't handle it to force AXFR update.

Looks like it was fixed.
